Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fuzzys.com and related services (collectively, "Fuzzys"). By using Fuzzys, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Fuzzys on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
What Fuzzys provides
Fuzzys is an online directory that helps pet parents discover local pet service providers — including grooming, dog walking, boarding, veterinary care, and daycare — and connect with them through profiles, search, and service requests.
Fuzzys also offers tools for businesses, including listing management and optional Fuzzys CMS products. Features may change as we expand to additional cities and regions nationwide.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Directory listings and reviews
Business information on Fuzzys may come from public sources, business owners, or Fuzzys staff. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every detail (hours, pricing, availability) is current. Always confirm directly with a business before booking.
Reviews and ratings reflect user opinions. Fuzzys may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, off-topic, or violates our guidelines.
Service requests and leads
When you submit a service request, you authorize Fuzzys to share relevant contact and pet details with the business you selected. Fuzzys is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider — we do not employ listed businesses and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services they perform.
Business members
Businesses that claim or purchase listings or CMS services agree to provide truthful information, honor applicable laws and licenses, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Fuzzys may feature, demote, or remove listings that are misleading, inactive, or harmful to users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Fuzzys for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission.
- Interfere with site security or performance.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Post false reviews or fraudulent leads.
Intellectual property
Fuzzys content, branding, and site design are owned by Fuzzys or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Businesses retain rights to their own logos, photos, and descriptions subject to the license they grant Fuzzys to display listing content.
Disclaimers
Fuzzys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or particular search results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuzzys disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services arranged through it.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for claims related to Fuzzys is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid Fuzzys in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fuzzys is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
