“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shaun. Pepper is elderly, medically fragile, and honestly a complete bundle of nerves, so grooming appointments can be incredibly stressful for all of us. From the moment Shaun arrived, his calm and gentle demeanor immediately put both Pepper and me at ease. He handled her with such patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. You could truly see that he cares deeply about the animals he works with and understands how delicate senior pets can be. That level of gentleness and empathy is rare, and it meant the world to me. Pepper looked beautiful afterward, but more importantly, she felt safe and as a pet owner, that is everything. I am beyond grateful for the care Shaun showed her today.
