Dr Natalie did an amazing job on my dogs Tail Amputation . However , we left her overnight at the hospital which was suggested by the doctor and to come back for 8:30 or 9am . We arrive there to pick up our dog and automatically thought to ring the door bell just in case the door was not open . The front desk lady was disgustingly rude and yelled it’s open . I believe one of the ladies in the front name is Diane . As soon as my husband and I walked in we were looked up and down as if they didn’t want to truly help us in the first place . Upon checking in to say I’m here for my dog we were told that she is not here and we’re clearly at the wrong hospital !!!!! Can you imagine how much anxiety and added stress this has caused my husband and I after waiting 7 hours for my dogs surgery the previous day. The energy was already off and on top of that they were rude and WRONG! Then to give a fake apology when realizing we already paid for her procedure and that they are incompetent with the job. And to top it off the technician who walked out my dog never gave us post opp instructions just handed us the paper and told us to “read it” .the only reason they apologized is because one of the technicians a male wearing bright orange whispered something to the lady I believe her name is Diane in which she responded these poor people I truly apologize! Words can’t explain how traumatized I am!
