“STAY AWAY from this place!!! They absolutely butchered my female ShihTzu, Kiki!! Kiki is losing her eyesight, due to degenerating retinas. She is 7 now and it started at 5. Her signature hairstyle, all of her life, has been pigtails. I took a huge leap of faith in deciding to have her cut into a Teddy Bear style, to avoid hair irritating her eyes and when I took her into Clip n’ Dip, they assured me that they could do the job. I even provided several photos, showing them what I wanted. When I picked Kiki up, first of all, I needed to get used to a much different look on her so, I quickly paid the bill and took her home. After looking more closely, when at home, I noticed that her cut was completely uneven, missing chunks, unbalanced and she didn’t even smell clean. Her head was so badly cut that I could’ve easily done a better job! I took her to “pros” because I thought I might screw it up. My bad!!!! I tried to accept that it would eventually grow out and I could fix it, down the road. The more I looked at it, the more it upset me so, I called Woofgang Bakery & Grooming and begged them to fix my little girl. They had me bring her in the next morning. They were absolutely shocked when they saw the butch job on Kiki and warned me that she might end up a bit shorter than I wanted but, in order to even her out, that’s what it would take. I agreed and when I came back a couple of hours later, they had worked a miracle. They all advised me that I should call Clip n’ Dip and request a refund, due to the fact that Kiki had to be completely regroomed. I called, and Juan could not have been more rude. He said that I should have taken her back to them (NO WAY WAS I GOING TO TRUST THEM TOUCHING KIKI AGAIN!). He also said that “of course the other groomer would criticize their work “ and they would absolutely NOT refund my money (almost $100). I told him that I would be posting my experience to social media and he said to do what I had to do. BE WARNED!! This place is the worst grooming experience that I have EVER encountered!!!”
