“This place has gone unhinged. I am not sure if there was a change of ownership, but something has gone terribly wrong. We brought in my disabled dog (walks on 3 legs) only to find that they had cute a HUGE CASH in her disabled foot. When my elderly mother called to complain, the owner angrily screamed at her in broken English. I called and left a message that same night. The next morning at work, my phone was blown up by perhaps 15 consecutive calls from this guy. I am reporting them to the town and to any concerned animal cruelty organizations.”
