“I had an excellent experience at CityVet. The entire team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the level of compassion shown to both pets and owners was outstanding. The refreshments in the lobby were a nice touch and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out was the detailed summary they sent after the visit. It made me feel like they truly listened, paid attention to our conversation, and cared about making sure I understood everything we discussed regarding my pet’s care.
