“After searching for a new groomer for our Giant Schnauzer, we are so grateful we found this place! We had been going to another groomer for years, but after the staff changed, the quality of service declined and our fur baby actually started getting anxious whenever we walked through the door. We knew it was time for a change. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the experience was exceptional. The booking process was simple, communication was clear every step of the way, and I loved that they have their own app, which made everything even more convenient. Stephanie was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and compassionate, taking the time to make our dog feel comfortable and cared for. She gave him the best Schnauzer cut he’s had in a very long time—he looked so handsome and elegant! It’s obvious she truly loves what she does and takes so much pride in her work. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and kind from beginning to end. It’s rare to find a business that excels not only in the quality of their grooming but also in customer service and communication.
