“What an amazing experience with Dr. Chris and Emily at Chewy Vet Care. From the moment we walked in, they made both Winnie and me feel welcome and valued. The clinic was exceptionally clean, smelled fresh, and created a comfortable atmosphere. I was even offered sparkling water or bottled water while we waited. They have a video screen that walks pet parents through the process, which helped set expectations and made the visit feel organized and professional. Most importantly, Dr. Chris and Emily took the time to make us feel special. There were no surprises—everything came in exactly as estimated, which I greatly appreciated. To top it all off, they sent Winnie home with a toy, which was a wonderful touch. This is how veterinary care should be: professional, transparent, caring, and focused on creating a great experience for both pets and their people. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️”
